Dear Chirpley Community,
We are thrilled to share the latest update on our journey towards creating a robust and user-friendly influencer marketplace platform. Over the past few months, our dedicated team has been hard at work, and we are excited to report significant progress.
During the initial Design & Strategy INIT SPRINT, we meticulously planned and defined the scope of our project and migration. This phase laid the groundwork for our development journey.
Development Sprint 1 Highlights: In the first Development Sprint, our primary focus was on building essential modules and APIs. These modules include Authentication, Account, Calendar, Campaign, Task, Payout, Business Card, and Influencer Marketcap. Simultaneously, we developed APIs to facilitate communication between different parts of our system and external integrations. These integrations encompass platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Stripe, Google, and Customer.io. These utility modules ensure seamless interaction between our system and these external services.
Development Sprint 2 — Our Current Focus: As we dive into Sprint 2 — Development Sprint, our attention has shifted towards the front-end development of these crucial modules. We are committed to creating an intuitive and user-friendly experience, aligning with the modern and appealing design standards established during the UX/UI revamp.
Looking Ahead to Sprint 3: In the upcoming Sprint 3, our focus will shift towards developing the Chirpley mobile app for both iOS and Android. This phase involves implementing the core functionalities of our system and enhancing user interaction through notifications and location tracking. Front-end optimization will also be a priority to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
The Final Sprint — Sprint 4: Sprint 4, known as the Exit Sprint, will mark the conclusion of our project’s development phase. During this sprint, we will conduct comprehensive acceptance testing to ensure that all functionalities meet the set requirements. Rigorous testing will be undertaken to identify and address any potential bugs or issues before the final implementation. Additionally, documentation for the entire system and all developed modules will be finalized to support future maintenance and updates.
With the successful completion of the Design & Strategy INIT SPRINT and the substantial progress made during the first Development Sprint, we are well on our way to realizing our vision.
