Cryptik: Before we begin, can you introduce the team behind Chirpley?

Job: Job (CEO) — is a well versed marketing lead who has experience in providing services for Blockchain based as well traditional organizations. He has around 5yrs of experience in managing brands for noted organizations. In the above roles, he was responsible for business development, fund raising, legal, strategy, acquisitions, treasury and investor relations.

He had been involved in developing investment strategies, structuring, managing portfolios and undertaking due diligence on investment opportunities and deals in the digital assets class (IDO).

He has managed Product strategy, business, brand and ecosystem development for organizations. Creating new economic opportunities and commercialization across the blockchain sector, including product strategy, collaboration, exchange listings and to identify and pursue partnerships.

Sam: Sam (COO) — Sam comes with over 15 years of industry Service Delivery and Service Operation, program and project management consulting experience both on the IT and Business sides spanning prominent organisations. His earlier experience include working for major IT organizations like IBM, Microsoft etc

His major capabilities are his ability to understand clients’ needs and requirements related to their technology and business challenges, his engagement and relationship skills and a sharp focus on execution and implementation. He enables organizations overcome their challenges, achieve digital transformation and their strategic objectives.

On the blockchain front, Sam worked as an advisor and chief strategist to road map and implement end to end block chain development strategy and deliverables. Leveraged experience of blockchain, Distributed Ledger Technology, and smart contracts. As the Program Director, drove alignment around assumptions, risks and issues, and key decisions. Architected design to implement a decentralized network via blockchain technology and ensured a fully-scalable Blockchain ecosystem.

Leveraged business acumen and understanding of cutting edge blockchain and distributed ledger technologies to define vision, strategies and roadmaps for how business can remain competitive and grow.

Both have earlier worked in various capacities together in more than one blockchain venture (A triple fork of Bitcoin and a Centralized Exchange Build and release).

Cryptik: How big is your team and are you public?

Sam: Including Thijs and Softtech which supports us on portal build and maintenance, we currently are a team of more than 25. This includes developers front end and back end, Marketing Personnel, SOE specialists, 3d Graphic designers and Blockchain Developers.

Cryptik: Can you give us an overview of Chirpley?

Sam: Chirpley is a peer-to-peer all in one influencer marketplace enabling influencer and marketing automation through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Top advertising talent thrives on constant stimulation and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to their own, and to their client’s business. Like any Olympic athlete they need to go head-to-head with the best that the world has to offer.

Chirpley offers the solution to make campaigns more streamlined and accurate at highly economical, cost-efficient price. A market price is formed which is based on the data from the linked social media channels of the influencers.

Cryptik: What are the issues Chirpley is trying to solve?

Job: Manual Matchmaking, Valuation of Influencer and the Marketeer, No efficient method available to plan and automate influencer campaigns.

Setting up influencer campaigns is time consuming and stressful. Brands and influencers deal with unnecessary negotiation and delays. There exists no cost and time efficient method to plan and automate influencer campaigns.

Cryptik: How are you going to solve those issues?

Job: Chirpley is a peer-to-peer all in one influencer marketplace focused on nano and micro influencers. Enabling end to end automated influencing campaigns through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

The platform has been developed with the aim to create a decentralized organization that operates fully in the interest of its end users: the small influencer and the marketer.

It applies Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain technology the solution to make that happen. Chirpey has succeeded in combining this technology in a way that so far no other automated platforms have achieved.

Cryptik: What exactly is a nano or micro influencer and did you already start onboarding any influencers into the platform?

Job: A nano influencer is an influencer with 100–1000 followers. A micro influencer is an influencer with 1000–50000 followers. We have already started onboarding influencers to our platform, with success

Sam: To answer the second part of the question:

Yes we did start onboarding. We have a lot of interest already being shown from various entities.

Cryptik: Interesting, can you share some of the names with us?

Job: At this point of time we cannot, we are under NDA hence cannot share names. But shortly this information would be go out in public.

Either way, we are keeping the community informed of numbers that are being onboarded every week.

Cryptik: Can you elaborate about the matchmaking and dealmaking technologies you developed?

Sam: Chirpley has developed algorithms which will further expand the data that is evaluated through Big Data methodologies. The key benefit of our Matchmaking service would be to identify and specify services based on pre-built criteria and integrated filters using social media outlets, markets to the least available extent. And then further drill it down to a one to one matching based on niches through our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Scripts.

The platform has been developed with the aim to create a decentralized organization that operates fully in the interest of its end users: the small influencer and the marketer.

Cryptik: How is your token used in the platform?

Job: Chirpley is a utility token used on the marketplace. We take 10% on influencer and Brand each transaction. By paying with Chirpley token, the brand would receive 50% discount on-platform fees.

The $CHIRP token would be the medium of utility to encourage a wider blockchain adoption. The token would be placed on an underlying layer where the users can make the payment in traditional Fiat and that inturn gets auto converted to $CHIRP. Thereby, making the token have more inherent value.

In future, the token would also be a mode of governance when we add in more innovative dapps and off-shoots to the Platform.

Cryptik: Speaking of fees, can you explain what are the fees and rewards on the platform and how holders are rewarded?

Job: Chirpley retains 10% of the transaction value on brand and influencer.

20% of total on-platform revenue is being used to perform hourly buy backs on market, then burned — lowering the total cap over time, making it a deflationary system.

Furthermore, users are rewarded daily by just holding their tokens in designated wallets. (holder rewards).

Cryptik: Can you explain about this last point? Which rewards do users receive for holding their token?

Do they get airdropped simply by holding?

Job: These are called reflection rewards. We take a special approach on them as we do not let the user pay a % each transaction, but inturn we take it from a locked fund, that would provide 1% of each transaction done to be distributed to all holders.

Cryptik: Lets talk about the presale and launch

Can you give us some info on them?

Job: We will be launching our pre-sale on 14th February. 21st we have planned IDO (TGE).

Cryptik: Do you have notable partners or backers you can share with us?

Sam: We have been shown interest from many major VCs and noted companies including top influencer organizations to be our partners and backers because of the innovative and futuristic model we are coming up with.

What makes you feel confident about the survival & sustainable success of your project in the near future? While you build your project, do you take into account community feedback and demands?

Job: The focus of Chirpley definitely is community. Existing influencer platform actually lack a lot on community building, so we will take community feedback seriously at all times.

Having said that, Chirpley is not just a blockchain focused company. We will be expanding to every thinkable market/niche available and combined with the current burn mechanism, we feel that even in a bear market or large downtrend, Chirpley would be able to hold a lot of value since a lot of markets are being serviced.

How do you plan to use your product to reach the general public — especially non-crypto people?

Job: We are launching in the cryptocurrency/blockchain market as first to gain traction and build a very engaging user base. After this personalization will be a big part of our strategy as we move onto different markets. So mainly through data driven online marketing, content marketing, branding and last but not least — our very own platform.

Sam: Very good question. Yes we would be onboarding Ambassadors and keeping thins more interesting as we progress.

Foremost, get the portal finished and start onboarding further influencers. Marketing Campaigns to commence on Tiktok, Twitter, Reddit etc to increase our visibility a thousand fold than it already is. We are already connected to most major influencers who would be endorsing Chirpley and further add to the overall contribution.

Then we would be looking at adding more dApps to the existing portal (stay tuned for further announcements).

Mahdhi Ismath,

Security is the weakness of any project. Anytime hackers can attack and create huge losses for the users and owners. So what steps did your project to prevent this kind of attack. How do you control risk?

You can tell it briefly or not it’s up to you

Thijs: Hi Mahdhi, good question! Security is of great importance to us. In the times we now live in one cannot create a platform as we are doing without taking security as a very important aspect. For this reason, we are including a development company that is certified on ISO 27001. We strive to build the platform as compartementalized as possible and are constantly looking to mitigate risks. In the balance of going for security or more features, we always chose security.

Can you tell us how strong your marketing strategies for growing project & some of your important partnership?

Job: Content marketing is a big differentiator in our strategy. An example is the launch of our TikTok channel, which already has grown to 200k members.
